The activities under taken would cover the following areas:

- Registration under the Factories Act, ESI, PF and Employee Relationship.
- Day to Day advice on all matters of employer and employee relationship.
- Assistance in wage fixation.
- Representation before the statutory bodies covering Labour Management.
- Formulation of Standing Order or service rules.
- Negotiations with trade unions.
Most of the above services (1-4) are covered under retainership agreement which enables the client to seek clarification and chamber advice on the required areas. The above services will be guided by our person who is professionally qualified with over two decades of experience on Industrial Laws and personnel Management. He is presently a consultant on retainership basis with many industries and Multinational companies. All consultation are on appointment basis which may kindly be fixed up to your convenience.
The activities stated under item 1 to 4 are covered under the retainership agreement. For items 4,5,6 & 7 separate professional charges would be discussed at the appropriate time.
